Will this fit my bike?+
The clamp fits any frame segment where two plates can clamp with space for two bolts.
Does it scratch my paint?+
Rubber covers between the plates prevent scratches and absorb vibration.

No. The stiff tight fit design stops any movement of the device once it locks onto the bracket.
