We accept free returns within 30 days of delivery in the UK. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in the exact same condition as it was received.
Electronics & Battery
Having issues with the electronics or battery? Reach out and we'll provide a solution. The RaptorX battery is sealed and only serviceable by Striker — it is not user-accessible.
1-Year Warranty
The accessible electronics and battery are covered by a 1-year warranty. Outside this period? Contact us and our engineering team will support a fix to the best of our ability, with no obligation.
Please don't open the casing. The RaptorX D1 is a sealed unit. If the casing is opened we will not be able to service or replace any electronics. If anything's wrong, contact us first and we'll sort it.
Water resistant, not waterproof. We've sealed the enclosure to the best of our ability, but the RaptorX D1 should not be used in heavy rain, and should not be used in the rain while secured on the bracket — at speed, water pressure can enter and disturb the electronics. Warranty does not cover water damage; if a repair reveals water damage as the cause, we'll attempt to fix or replace the affected components at a cost to you.
