Striker Tec Limited Warranty

  1. Duration & Coverage

    Striker Tec warrants that, for a period of 12 months from the date of original retail purchase, the electronic components of your smart disc lock will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. (This covers, battery & electronic hardware)

  2. Conditions

    This warranty applies only when the product is:

     

    • Used in accordance with Striker Tec’s user guide and specifications;

    • Maintained and stored under normal environmental and operating conditions;

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase showing the purchase date.

     

  3. Exclusions

    This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

     

    • Accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect;

    • Unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly;

    • Normal wear and tear (including scratches or cosmetic changes);

    • Exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or moisture beyond stated limits.

     

  4. Remedy

    Should a covered defect arise during the warranty period, Striker Tec will, at its sole discretion, either:

     

    • Repair the defective component; or

    • Replace the product with an equivalent model.

     

    Repairs or replacements may use new or refurbished parts or products.

  5. Limitation of Liability

    Striker Tec’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement as described above. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Striker Tec disclaims all other warranties and shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

  6. How to Obtain Warranty Service

    Contact Striker Tec customer support with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any requested photographs. We’ll guide you through the return and evaluation process.
